The second annual HighBall Halloween: Masquerade On High presented by pagetech, limited was a resounding smash. Fifteen thousand masquerade revelers filled High Street from 3rd to 5th Avenues for runway shows, costume contests, stage performances and the best people watching in the Midwest.
HighBall Halloween has become the Short North Business Association's most significant fund raiser for the year. Proceeds benefit the programs and initiatives of the Short North Arts District. The production is created under the direction of the SNBA with the assistance of 300+ volunteers. The event is held the last Saturday in October on High Street under the signature Short North arches.
