Calling Costume-Crazed Pet Owners
HighBall will kick off with the Dogtober Howloween Procession. Scores of pet owners will suit up their beagles, schnauzers, boxers and even pot-bellied pigs for an All Hallow's Eve Procession through the event. Prizes will be given for most whimsical, most colorful, most outrageous, best couple (owner and pet) and most fabulous costumes.
